"There is something that I found, after a lot of trial and error, that dramatically lowered my stress, made me sensitive to all the joy in the world, and continuously gives me permission to be grateful for life's gifts, and it sounds so simple, but it is so profound... that something is when I started being fully present for each moment in my life. And now that I know what it's like, now that I've actually managed to make it part of my moment to moment life. That's what I want for you: to acknowledge that, as humans, we frequently are time traveling to the past or to the future in our minds -- but maybe not so great at being fully present in this moment -- each moment -- of our lives. Learning to be fully present is something the world needs right now."
